How To Handle Children Remaining For Multiple Classes

Post by ccbug_admin » Fri Feb 17, 2017 1:15 pm

Sometimes parents will drop a child off for one class (ex. 9 am) but not return until after a second class has completed (ex. 10 am class). In so doing there is no check-in for the second class and there is no way to "force" this since the parents never return between classes.

In these cases it is often best to have individuals monitoring check-in stations and ensuring that parents who intend to leave their child for multiple classes have them check in initially for each class.

This isn't entirely ideal, as it still leaves room for children to end up in a class for which they were not checked in. Additional methods for handling this situation are desired.
